WSP Rules and Regulations
The Department of Parks and Recreation staff members welcome you to the Winter Sports Park. The Winter Sports Park provides a community venue for many popular winter recreational activities. For your safety please observe all rules and regulations.

Included within the park are designated areas for sledding, ice skating, and hockey. Free ice "scooters" are available to assist those that need some help learning how to ice skate. There is a limited supply of sleds for use if you do not have your own.

The park features a wonderful warming house. Complete with a fireplace, concession stand (candy, juice, water, hot chocolate, hot dogs, pretzels, pizza, etc.) drinking fountain, free wireless Internet access, a large HDTV, and restrooms. Board games are available to checkout. The park typically opens in late December and closes in mid March.

During the summer months the Winter Sports Park is utilized for Kid's Camp, t-ball, lacrosse and flag football. There are also three basketball hoops for informal play.
