November 3 General Election Information

November 3, 2020 General Election Information:
  • Absentee ballot applications are currently available by contacting the City Clerk.
  • If you need to register to vote or update your voter registration address, please refer to the following link or contact the City Clerk: https://www.michigan.gov/sos/0,4670,7-127-1633_8716---,00.html
  • City Clerk staff will be mailing absentee ballots to those residents that have submitted an application beginning the week of September 21.
  • City voters can return the completed absentee ballot in the outside drop-box located on the east side of the City Hall building, drop-off inside City Hall or return it via the USPS.  We encourage you to drop off and mail ballots early.
  • All absentee ballots must be received by 8:00 P.M., November 3, 2020 to be counted in the General Election.
  • Last day to mail absentee ballots is 5:00 P.M., Friday, October 30.
  • City Hall will be open 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Saturday, October 31 for absentee ballots and voter registration.
