The City of Petoskey offers a Voluntary Green Pricing (VGP) Program for all electric customers.  You can contribute to making our community a greener place by choosing to have a portion, or all of your electricity generated by renewable sources.  Renewable energy is electricity that primarily comes from wind, solar and other sources that produce little or no emissions.  Customers have the option of choosing 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of their consumption from renewable energy sources.  All participants electing to sign up will be enrolled until notification from the customer is received requesting termination.
