Seasonal Parking Restrictions. Winter-season, overnight, on-street parking regulations, are in effect annually December 1 through April 1, require that vehicles be parked on alternating sides of streets each day, and also prohibit any on-street parking within the Central Business District at certain times.
Residential On-Street Parking. Outside the Central Business District, parking is permitted on the street overnight, but between 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M., vehicles must be parked on the odd-numbered address-side of the street on odd-numbered dates, with the date change becoming effective each day after
Midnight, and on the even-numbered address-side of the street on even-numbered dates:

- Odd Addresses and Odd Dates - Odd-numbered sides of the streets are those whose address numbers end with a digit that is a 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9; and odd-numbered dates are the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, 29th, or 31st days of the month.
- Even Addresses and Even Dates - Even-numbered sides of the streets are those whose address numbers end with a digit that is a 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8; and even-numbered dates are the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 24th, 26th, 28th, or 30th day of each month.
Curb Lawns, Sidewalks, Curbs. Vehicles are not permitted to be parked on curb lawns - that is, areas between sidewalks and curbs; vehicles are not permitted to be parked on unimproved areas in yards; vehicles cannot block or obstruct sidewalks; and driving over or straddling curbs is prohibited.
