The City’s 2010 Weekly Residential Rubbish-Collection Program will consist of a spring and fall collection period. Spring collection will be for a period of four weeks, the last two weeks of May and the first two weeks of June. Fall collection will be for a period of two weeks, in September. This six-week-long program will provide collection services to residences located West of Howard Street on Tuesdays and to residents East of Howard Street on Wednesdays.

A listing of materials that may be placed at the curb for collection, as well as those that are excluded from collection, are listed below. Materials must originate from the residence, and not from elsewhere or from residents contractors. Materials for collection must be placed within curb-lawn areas of rights-of-way - that is, between curbs and sidewalks; or just behind curbs where there are no sidewalks; or at street shoulders where there are no curbs.
