At its regular February 17 meeting, the Planning Commission denied a special condition use request for 109 Howard Street to allow the first floor to be used as residential space; upheld the sign committee determination that a change to the sign face at 825 Charlevoix Avenue would require the sign to be brought into compliance with the current ordinance standards; and approved the improvements proposed to the Northmen Court well site including a new public street and sidewalk connectors.
