Wastewater Plant Tour Monday 5:30PM
On Monday August 30th at 5:30PM, the City of Petoskey will be conducting a public tour of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The tour is being performed in anticipation of a discussion at that evening's City Council meeting about possible water and sewer rate adjustments. The proposed 2011 Capital Improvements Program budget includes approximately $2.8M in needed capital improvements at the wastewater treatment plant and at the City's main sewer lift station. These improvements, along with normal annual maintenance and repair items, is triggering the need for an examination of water and sewer rates.
