Located in the Bear River Valley Recreation Area near the Quaintance Avenue entrance. This shelter has small and large picnic tables, grill, waste receptcle, Bear River views, lighting and electricity. Adjacent to open space and restrooms. Maximum of 140 guests.

Mineral Well Shelter

Located in Mineral Well Park on Lake Street. This historic shelter has picnic tables, grills, green-space, and access to the Bear River. Maximum of 32 guests.

Pennsylvania Park Gazebo

Located downtown in Pennsylvania Park. This small gazebo typically shaded from the sun and has a charming feel.  Restrooms, waste containers, green-space and all downtown has to offer are all nearby. Maximum of 150 guests in the park.

Sunset Park Gazebo

Located in Sunset Park on US-31. This small gazebo has panoramic views of Little Traverse Bay. Sunset Park has green-space, waste containers, and access to Bayfront Park via a stair tower. Restrooms are available in Bayfront Park.  Maximum of 50 guests in the park.

Waterfall Area

Located near the end of Bayfront Drive in Bayfront Park. The waterfall area has uninterrupted views of Little Traverse Bay.  An ideal location for a wedding or reunion. The area also has access via a stair-tower to Sunset Park. Basic features include picnic tables, waste containers, nearby restrooms, green-space, and waterfall feature with stream. Maximum of 150 guests. No permanent shelter.

Westside Shelter

Located in the Bear River Valley Recreation Area. Access available from the Branch Street stairway. Adjacent to a large open green space with views of the Bear River. Picnic tables, lighting, waste receptacle, and electricity available. Maximum of 32 guests.
